Policy Information 

The Remedy Room is committed to providing exceptional care and customer service. We strive to provide you with a convenient shopping experience. 

If you determine that you need to return your purchased products for an exchange or refund, you can do so within the policies outlined below. 

Our returns policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 

All returned must be returned within 7 days of receipt of or products. 

All returns must be approved and confirmed by The Remedy Room before returning products. Unauthorised returns may be refused. No item will be refunded until received, inspected and approved by us. 

Please note that, in line with Australian law and public health and safety regulations, we are limited and at times unable to provide a return on prescription items, vitamins, supplements, and therapeutic products.

 

Proof of Purchase

Please ensure you have your receipt or order number available when requesting a return. 

 

Change of Mind

The Remedy Room is happy to offer a return if you change your mind, but we reserve the right to decline a return if the requirements are not satisfied within our policies.

  • Must be returned within 7 days of receipt of parcel/product.
  • Must be in saleable condition (i.e. product in its original packaging, unopened, unused).

 

Incorrect Product

The Remedy Room will offer a replacement or refund, if any products delivered to you are incorrect.

If any of the products you received are incorrect and not what you ordered, please contact our dispensary team within 7 days of parcel receipt. Our team will review your order details and will help you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product. You can then choose to either have the correct product re-delivered at our cost or receive a full refund.

 

Damaged/Defective Product 

If the product you received is damaged or defective please contact our dispensary team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the condition of the damaged or defective item. Our team, will then review your order and provide one of the below resolutions:

  1. Replacement / Exchange the product
  2. Refund you for the product

 

Cancellations

In the event that you want to cancel your order, please contact our dispensary team via phone (02) 6685 6445 within 60 minutes of processing your order. 

Cancelling orders that have been shipped must be posted back to us in original, unopened and saleable condition, at the expense of the customer. The product to be returned must be packed securely and must be sent via registered post in order for you to be able to track the parcel. 

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the product until it is received by us. Products that have been tampered with cannot be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.

 

Refund

If you used your credit card to purchase online, your approved refunds must be processed on the same credit card.

NOTE: All returns will need to be confirmed with us first before returning the products. Unauthorised returns may be refused. No item will be refunded until received and inspected by us.

Returned products will be checked. The products are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure the product is packed in a sturdy and secure manner so as to avoid any damage in transit.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
