Shipping Methods:

We ship ALL parcels via AusPost Express Post due to the sensitive nature of our products. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Refrigerated Items:

Certain products in our store, such as probiotics and some supplements that require refrigeration, will be shipped specifically from Monday-Wednesday with cold packs where necessary to maintain product integrity during transit. Once the package has been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for the condition of refrigerated items.

Please note: If refrigerated items are delayed or exposed to unfavorable conditions during shipping, we cannot be held liable for any impact on product quality.

International Orders:

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and delays that are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any customs-related issues, such as additional fees, delays in processing, or items being held or returned due to international regulations.
